Fusong Jinlong Wood Group Co. Ltd. is located in Songjianghe Town, Jilin, China. Known as the first town at the foot of Changbai Mountain, Songjianghe Town boasts both rich forestry resources and convenient transportation (including airport). Since its foundation in 1997, Jinlong has set up five wood flooring and one wood door companies respectively located in Songjianghe Town, Dalian City, and Vladivostok in Russia. Jinlong Group currently covers an area of over 400,000 square meters and has more than 3,000 employees. The annual production capacity of Jinlong is six million square meters of engineered wood flooring and the current annual sale is four million square meters. Jinlong’s products sell well in Europe and America and rank first in China’s engineered wood flooring export market.

Pursuing Jinlong’s mission statement “To provide engineered wood flooring and other wooden products with high-quality and originality to environment-minded customers”, Jinlong has built long-term partnerships with Kahrs, Fetim, Margaritelli SPA in Europe, Duchateau, US Floors and Provenza in North America, and etc.

Fusong Jinlong Wood Group co., Ltd was founded in 1997, and at the current there are five floor manufacturing companies and one wooden door manufacturing company under the group, locating separately in Songjianghe, Jilin, Dalian, Liaoning and Vladivostok, Russia. We import logs from around the world and our products sell well in Europe and America. The foreign exchange revenue through export for engineered wood leads the entire nation with annual shipments of four million square meters engineered wood flooring and annual productive capacity of six million square meters. We produce diversified woodworks, and have a complete and mature ecological development-oriented industrial chain. We embrace the spirit of “providing the consumer group holding ideas of environmental protection with highly innovative and high quality engineered wood flooring” as our everlasting enterprise responsibility. In line with the requirements of production and supply as well as manage and sell, and in the spirit of following the trends, we have organized some supporting facilities accordingly, such as Suifenhe Company, Comprehensive woodwork processing plant, furniture factory, Waterside Natatorium etc.

In sprits of the No.82 document in 2006 released by China Ministry of Commerce, China Customs, China State Environmental Protection Administration, product processing is supported for protection of domestic resources. In this connection, from now on we’ll focus more on our work in the Russian Far East and make the cooperative corporation of Jinlong Group in Russia run as soon as possible. Shipping back home the semi-finished products processed in Russia meets the demands for industrial policy orientation adjustment of Russia and helps Jinlong Group lower costs and guarantee raw material supply; in recent two years, we introduced a strategic policy to promote a sustained, rapid and harmonious development. We implement the strategy of “Stretching both ways and two heads out”, by establishing a raw material processing base in Suifenhe, near the frontier of Russia and set up a comprehensive subsidiary company in Dalian, an integration of transportation, production, service and marketing. We integrate resources in all kinds by importing resources from outside the company while at the same time cooperating with other corporations, thus reducing risks and making full play resource advantages of all sides.

We intend to invest 80 million Yuan in Russia Far East on the construction of raw material base and by processing xylosma or log of Russia into square-edged timber, it is estimated that we can lower the cost for over 20 million Yuan per year; We have a stable supply chain, and we have gained a better control over the medium and long term resources in the market.
